MECODES for CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE is released

Few months since the partnership agreement is signed, the beta version of MECODES for CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE R2017X is released.

New MECODES integrates the market-leading innovative business platform – the 3DEXPERIENCE with the important electrical PCB design system like Xpedition, PADS, Allegro OrCAD and Altium Designer.

Thanks to the MECODES EDMD plugin client for CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE R2017X, MCAD and ECAD engineers now can collaborate on an ECAD/MCAD project simultaneously and at the same time. There are no separate design phases in each of the authoring tools. Designers from different disciplines collaborate through many common rework iterations with no distinct boundaries between electrical and mechanical design.

ECAD parameters are visible in CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE Physical product structure.

MECHATRONIC BOM, thanks to MECODES, is managed directly by CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE.
